Mr. Raymond Livingstone Kusorgbor

Mr Raymond Kusorgbor is an accomplished market research consultant, tourism and hospitality specialist, and sustainable energy expert with more than 18 years of professional experience spanning renewable energy, carbon credit development, clean cooking, climate change, environmental sustainability, tourism, and project management. In recent times, Raymond worked as an expatriate research and business consultant on carbon credit, sustainable energy, and clean cooking projects across Ghana, Liberia, Guinea, Kenya, and Sierra Leone’s energy sectors, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance in climate-resilient development and environmental management.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Index World Group, Mr Kusorgbor provides overall leadership and technical direction across the Group’s sectoral portfolios, managing a dynamic network of over 40 freelance consultants. Under his visionary leadership, Index World Group has evolved into a multidisciplinary organisation, offering services in research, data analytics, business consulting, project management, and real estate development.

In addition, he has provided consultancy services to organisations such as Dolphin Door Limited, Valley View University Hospital, Nasam Brand Enterprise, Westwind Energy–Sierra Leone, Kosher Climate Services, Radiant Beam Company, Eco Africa, BB Energy Carbon Project (Ghana), Firm Consultancy in Sierra Leone, WASCAL, CSIR, Government of Ghana-Ministry of Energy, Sierra Leone Clean Cooking Alliance, etc. Mr Kusorgbor also previously served as National Policy Advocate, Communications Manager, and Campaign Manager in the renewable energy/clean cooking sector of Ghana. In this role, he led national clean cooking behaviour change campaigns, indoor air pollution and health advocacy, and policy dialogues on sustainable energy production, modern energy cooking solutions, and renewable energy access.

Beyond consultancy, Mr Kusorgbor has contributed to academia as a lecturer in marketing and communication at the Africa International University College in Accra and the African Center for Capacity Building (AFCB) in Teshie, Ghana. As a senior research consultant and energy policy strategist, he has supported institutions in designing sustainable, clean-energy business models and mobilising investments through carbonfinance mechanisms. His areas of expertise include project origination, baseline assessment, monitoring and verification, impact evaluation, feasibility studies, and strategic market analysis. Mr Kusorgbor holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Tourism Management from the University of Cape Coast.
